Independently developed key equipment for hydrogen refueling station, including hydrogen dispensers and high-safety supply cabinets. The equipment employs a stable and secure connection method, focusing on aesthetics, high quality, and modular design while improving performance. It optimizes the customer experience and has a sense of future.
Independently developed high-density magnesium-based solid-state hydrogen storage equipment, established a joint venture with the team of Academician team of the School of Materials, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The technology has passed the major project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission in 2019.
Independently developed a intelligent self-inspection station control system, with functions of self-leak monitoring, fault diagnosis and early warning, equipment health inspection, self-learning functions, temperature control management, energy efficiency management, etc.
Independently developed the "THyM" brand, and established intelligent operation and management system, including hydrogen refueling management, equipment management, safety management, emergency management, quality management, communication reports, and staff training.
Independently developed the HOC (Hyfun Operation Center) platform, conducting real-time operation guidance, detection, inspecting and component maintenance, as well as predicting service life based on data analysis.



Hyfun relies on the Center of Hydrogen Science of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Academician Wenjiang Ding, the director of the center and the former vice president of the university, and Professor Jianxin Zou, the Yangtze River scholar, are the company's senior consultants and chief technical officers, to research the materials of the key equipment and pipelines of the hydrogen refueling station.
Hyfun jointly developed with Howden the compressor for HRS that meets China's hydrogen energy needs. The first set of 45MPa high-performance diaphragm compressors officially landed at Howden Weihai Plant. Howden has a history of more than 160 years. Its established company Burton Corblin® (founded in 1916) is the inventor of piston compressors and diaphragm compressors. Diaphragm compressors are considered to be the most suitable compressors for hydrogenation stations, and have been widely recognized in Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea.

Building Business Ecosystem

Creating gas-station linkage with high-quality hydrogen suppliers

Hyfun forms equity cooperation with high-quality hydrogen suppliers to solve hydrogen source problem, creating price advantage of hydrogen supply.
Hyfun intends to establish a joint venture with Shanghai Pujiang Gas Co., Ltd. to build a hydrogen refueling station in Shanghai. Pujiang Gas is one of the large hydrogen suppliers in the Yangtze River Delta. The hydrogen refueling station will be located in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, with a refueling pressure of 35MPa and 70MPa, and a refueling capacity of 1000kg / day.

Creating vehicle-station linkage with mainstream fuel cell companies

Hyfun forms equity cooperation with mainstream fuel cell vehicle companies, providing hydrogen supply systems, hydrogen refueling station facility and service to assist their research and development of fuel cell vehicles, to jointly develop the hydrogen energy market.

With regard to the problem of storage and transportation of hydrogen, Hyfun has worked well-known university to develop high-density, high-safety magnesium-based solid-state hydrogen storage technology.

Insufficient optimization of HRS

With regard to the problem of insufficient optimization of hydrogen refueling stations and weak technical foundations, Hyfun has introduced Howden, the compressor supplier, to jointly develop cost-effective compressors that meet customer needs.

Insufficient equipment matching

With regard to the problem of insufficient matching between various equipment in the traditional hydrogen refueling station, Hyfun has designed the entire station control system to ensure safety, quality, reliability, efficiency and low cost operation.

Rich Experience in Certificating, Construction and Operation of HRS

The spirit of dedication helps Hyfun to find problems from actual operations and make continuous changes to form its own operation system.
